The primary responsibility of the Center Site Director is to manage and develop supervisors along with overseeing all operational aspects of a call center.

]Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement operational strategies that ensure performance, culture, and controls align with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership by demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and leadership skills.
  • Manage sales supervisors while overseeing quality, production, and hours.
  • Support strategic sales plan implementation to guarantee alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies, and procedures to enhance call center productivity.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals and objectives.
  • Review best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop a strategy to ensure customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
  • Analyze market conditions, conduct competitive benchmarking, and produce statistical reports on performance and sales trends.
  • Provide team motivation and development to maximize sales opportunities.
