About the Role

We're looking for a part-time Instagram Lead Generation & Engagement Specialist to help us identify and verify potential client leads on Instagram, specifically agencies and creators based in the United States.

This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, resourceful, and understands how to spot high-quality business leads.

You'll handle the research and qualification phase, while our founders will take over engagement and client conversion.

Your success will be measured by the quality and consistency of validated leads, not the number of hours spent — meaning if you can deliver your daily goals efficiently, you'll have the flexibility to manage your time.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Search and identify potential clients on Instagram, focusing on:

  2. US-based social media marketing agencies, digital marketing firms, creative studios, and content creators

  3. Agencies or creators who actively produce or promote video content

  4. Verify the authenticity and relevance of each lead by checking:

  5. Industry fit, posting activity, engagement quality, and available contact information

  6. Record verified leads accurately in the shared Google Sheets tracker, ensuring all required fields are completed

  7. Maintain clean and organized data, avoiding duplicates or irrelevant entries
  8. Submit a short daily report via Discord summarizing your progress and observations
  9. Collaborate with the founders to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality over time
Tools You'll Use

●       Instagram – for prospecting and research

●       Google Sheets – for lead tracking and updates

●       Discord – for reporting and communication

●       Google Workspace – for shared files and documentation

Qualifications

●       Experience in lead generation and engagement is preferred but not required

●       Strong familiarity with Instagram and digital marketing trends

●       Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize authentic engagement

●       Comfortable using Google Sheets and Discord

●       Good written communication skills

●       Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet targets with minimal supervision

Work Setup

●       Part-time contract (2 months) with opportunity for extension

●       Focus on output, not hours, if you meet your daily targets with quality results, you can finish early.

●       Work remotely and communicate daily with the founders via Discord
