What is the role that we need?

  • This position will be responsible in providing support in multiple projects as needed. Efficiently analyzing e-mails, researching / gathering and compiling data ensuring all information provided are accurate before sending to the client.
  • Carry out tasks and assignments as required by the project (e.g. resolving Queries, adhering with the quality required by the client).
  • Ensure the accuracy of the gathered data and information.
Requirements
  • College Graduate of Information Technology or similar working experience.
  • Must have at least with 1 year experience in the BPO industry.
  • Average English comprehension and communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Has the ability to work independently to conform to tight deadlines.
  • Well motivated, proactive and driven to achieve objectives.
  • Proficient in IP Address | Domains | Web search engines.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Software counterfeit understanding is a plus but not required.
