Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently monitor and analyze incoming and outgoing funds of all LBC Branches nationwide in order to make sure that no problem or case may arise that relates to funds' misuse and see if these agree with what are reflected in the system.
  2. Collaborate with Information and Data Analysts, Area Auditors and/or Corporate Audit Department on any reported discrepancy found that points to possible funds misuse, communicate accordingly to all concerned any discrepancy found, evaluate if there is any malicious intent on the discrepancy discovered and submit to the Immediate Head and to the respective Area Head/Manager and Regional VP any suspicious clue for further investigation.
  3. Ensure LBC Branch's compliance to SOPs which involves handling of People's Money, that includes, but not limited to, its acceptance, delivery and encashment, deposits and withdrawals, management of Revolving Fund, data entered in CMS and CPR submission, funding check encashment, etc. Collaborates with concerned Treasury-Funding on any Funding-related concerns.
  4. Collaborates with Money-Compliance on any possible Suspicious Transactions. Efficiently handles settlement reporting to corporate and/or agent partners and ensures submission of accurate daily report as committed.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
