Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
  • Monitor and encode the order transactions being done inside and outside the warehouses.
  • Apply appropriate adjustments with clients with regards to delivery, payment etc. in accordance with the sales and finance department.
  • Day-to-day monitoring and inventory of pallets in the warehouse
  • Control the quality of the pallets to be deployed to the corporate client.
  • Responsible for making sure of supplies, stocks and materials of the company.
  • Monitor and scheduling of 3rd Party truckers.
  • Keep track of the pallets being repaired and manufactured in-house, as well as those being manufactured and repaired by 3rd party assemblers and repairers.
  • Works on transportation and warehousing of products.
  • Oversee and facilitate the operations of the company.
  • Works together with Supervisor to attain company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this situation.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • Can driver Forklift is an advantage.
