Job Description

• Performs all IT helpdesk activities and respond in a timely manner
• Maintenance and repair of all IT equipment and network infrastructure.
• Encoding and Creation of GWL Item Code and Business Partner Code
• Coordinates with MISI regarding domain account creation, Network lease line problems (for Carmona, Cebu & Davao Warehouse) & GWL systems issues
• Implementing network security including setting up firewalls managing host security and installing anti-virus
• Ensure the compatibility of components with the existing infrastructure and to maximize the efficiency of the company resources
• Ensures conditions of all IT equipment are maintained and coordinate all equipment for repair.
• Supports infrastructure concerns & other Issues with regards to System of other Sites.
• Coordinate all the IT and Communications matters & concern to department head

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any computer related course
• At least have 1 year of experience in the same field.
