What You'll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure timely solutions
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate including Senior High School (any discipline - we value potential and attitude)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, positive, and customer-first mindset
  • Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be residing within 10KM radius from Eastwood Quezon City
