Job description
Executes the end-to-end process of staffing employees for the company. Sourcing and screening the most qualified candidate among the pool of applicants. It starts with identifying the job vacancy until the deployment of the applicant for the job position. Conducts orientation sessions for new hires, trains seasoned employees in the company policies or implementation of new company policy, manages training workshops, and devises new ways to improve company procedures. Works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of employees by providing superior support with an emphasis in managing daily responsibilities with program leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Ability to prioritize and communicate clearly and professionally with the management and candidates, both verbally and in writing.
- Fresh graduate is very welcome to apply
- Experience in recruitment and training, employee relation, visa processing is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and databases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in End to End Process of Recruitment (Sourcing, Schedule Interviews, Screening Applicants, Administer Examination, Conduct Interviews and Endorse to Hiring Managers)
- Conduct Background Check or Employment Verification
- Send Email Invitation to all involved departments (HR, I.T, QMS FINANCE and Safety) with regards to the orientation schedule.
- Encode necessary data of new joiners in HRIS System.
- Prepare Weekly Recruitment Report.
- Update and monitor Job Search Engines online.
- Prepare reports such as List of New Hire Employee & HR Endorsement
- Carefully studies all company procedures and policies.
- Provides introductions and orientations to newly hired employees.
- Trains employees in the core programs of the company.
- Coordinate the conduct and oversees safety training sessions in tandem with the HSSE Team.
- Holds office training workshops and refresher courses for established employees.
- Addresses employee questions about policy and procedures.
- Follow up with staff with regards to Human Resources and Training compliance.
- Report and assist Recruitment Supervisor and work closely with HR Specialist.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
