
Account Sales Executive

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Executive plays a vital role in expanding Workscale Resources Inc.;s client base by sourcing companies in need of manpower and staffing solutions. This role is focused on getting new business opportunities, buliding connection with organizations requiring workforce support and securing service agreements. The Account Executive acts as the frontliner in promoting Workscale Services, ensuring the company remains competitive and visible in the manpower outsourcing industry
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Aquisition and Business Development
Identify, research, and target potential clients in industries requiring manpower and staffing support.
Conduct sales calls, presentations and meetings to promote Workscale's manpower outsourcing services.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, ensuring compliance with the company policies and labor laws.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contract for new clients during acquisition stage
Coordinate closely with HR and Operations teams to align manpower supply with client needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts before turnover to HR and Operations
Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
Conduct market research to monitor manpower demand trends across industries
Track competitor activities and industry updates to identify business opportunities
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, new account acquisitions, and pipelines progress
Recommend strategies to improve effectiveness and market positioning.
Coordination with internal Teams
Work hand in hand with the Recruitment Team to understand manpower availability and sourcing capabilities
Coordinate with the HR and Legal Team for contract execution and client requirements.
Support operations in manpower deployment planning for newly acquired account.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in the manpower outsourcing or staffing industry.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new accounts.
Strong understanding of manpower outsourcing and labor compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Must be amenable to work at Cubao, Quezon City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
