We are looking for someone who can fully commit full time with us. With hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop account performance, product listings, and campaign execution to effectively drive the day-to-day operations of the online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings across multiple online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency; includes basic photo editing and product research.
  • Write and maintain compelling product descriptions with accurate pricing, images, and specifications.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies and campaign participation to drive sales growth.
  • Process daily orders and ensure fulfillment accuracy by coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Track inventory levels, sales performance, and shipment status using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Conduct weekly competitor analysis and market checks to stay ahead of trends.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and provide actionable insights to improve store performance.
  • Ensure account health by managing customer inquiries, refunds, returns, and potential fraud cases.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams on campaigns, brand launches, and special projects.
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin and e-commerce tasks as needed.
  • Other assigned tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
