  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts receivable team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Assign and monitor daily workloads, ensuring deadlines are met and productivity targets are achieved.
  • Oversee the end-to-end reconciliation process for sales and charges from consignor customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for consignor inquiries related to account statements, deductions, and payments.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key AR metrics, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), aging summary, and collection effectiveness.
  • Provide detailed analysis on trends in deductions, consignor discrepancies, and bad debt.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
  • Several years of accounting experience with some in a supervisory role, and a strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

-A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.

  • with 3 – 5 years of experience as Occupational Accounting.

  • Amenable to work in Cubao, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php25,000.00 per month
