General Objectives of the Job:

Lead Analyst of QA Laboratories. Ensures that the qualities of in-process samples are controlled and evaluated according to the documented quality control plan. Ensures that CTI's IMS is implemented in all processes of the section.

What You Will Do:

  • Quality Control & Evaluation: Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods, interpreting and reporting the results. You will also periodically review and update standard test methods and the section's quality systems.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Provide training to team members on new test methods, analytical techniques, and QA systems.
  • Inventory & Operations: Control and maintain the inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure proper lab housekeeping and safety practices are followed.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the production group on test results and participate in discussions on non-conformances in raw material deliveries.
  • Technical Skills: Operate analytical instruments such as FT-IR Spectrophotometer, GC, HPLC, UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, and TGA/DSC as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in B.S. Laboratory Technology, Chemical Engineering Technology, Chemistry and other related courses.
  • Experience: Relevant hands-on work experience is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of analytical instruments and chemical analysis, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Willing to work in Calle Industria Bagumbayan, Quezon City
  • Amenable for a 6-days work week schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
