Job Title: Senior QA Analyst (Manual)

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Work Hours: Full-time, US EST (Night Shift)

The Opportunity: As a Senior QA Analyst, you will be a guardian of quality for the Playbook platform. You will be responsible for ensuring our software is stable, reliable, and meets the needs of our users. You will immerse yourself in the product, designing and executing detailed test plans, identifying critical bugs, and acting as a passionate advocate for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
  • Perform thorough manual testing, including regression, functional, exploratory, and usability testing.
  • Clearly and accurately document defects, bugs, and usability issues in Jira.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
  • Act as the final gatekeeper before features are released to production.
  • Provide feedback on product usability and user experience to the product team.
  • Mentor junior QA members and help establish best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a manual software quality assurance role.
  • Proven experience in creating detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience testing complex web applications across different browsers and devices.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php85,000.00 per month
