  • Collaborate with Process Owners to gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Work with development teams to ensure systems meet specifications, conduct system testing, and manage new system deployments or enhancements.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT support teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and training materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Front-End Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development languages and frameworks
  • SEO and Accessibility: Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • With more than 2 years of in-depth business knowledge and system design, preferably in Website, eCommerce and Digital Marketing Initiative.
  • At least 1 year as a Business Systems Analyst in development and production environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and system integration.
  • Ability to interpret and write functional requirements and translate them into technical projects.
  • Experience with MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, ERD tools (MS SQL/MySQL), content management systems, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Background in testing and QA.
