Responsibilities
  • Researching Prospect - Lead generation: identify angles to connect with prospective customers, understand pain points, craft initial pitches, and build connections with company decision-makers.
  • Contacting Prospecting Customers: reach prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, and social media); send follow-up emails and schedule demos.
  • Qualifying Leads: evaluate leads' interest to determine if they meet buying criteria; support resource allocation using BANT (Budget-Authority-Need-Timeline) where applicable.
  • Managing Contact Base: maintain and update CRM after campaigns, referrals, opt-outs, etc.; ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Improving Processes: contribute to top-of-funnel strategies and recommend outbound sales tools to improve performance.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication: ability to connect with prospects and gather information naturally and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
  • Sales Knowledge: understanding of the sales process and how the role fits into the broader team.
  • Tech Savviness: ability to discuss product benefits and stay current with industry developments to communicate with prospects.
  • Data-driven: comfort with metrics such as conversion rate, drop-off rate, and time-to-convert to prioritize leads.
  • Targeting & Segmentation: ability to assess fit with ICP and buyer journey stage to personalize communication.
