MANAGER - TALENT DEVELOPMENT
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE - TALAMBAN, CEBU CITY
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all organizational levels.

Develops and implements the annual training plan, including budget, timelines, and KPIs.

Designs and delivers competency-based training programs aligned with company goals.
-
Leads career development and succession planning initiatives.
-
Serves as Superintendent of Vismotor Academy.
-
Coordinates interdepartmental training efforts and evaluates training effectiveness.
-
Oversees end-to-end onboarding, from hiring to placement.
-
Enforces training policies and ensures proper documentation of learning programs.
-
Builds and maintains a pool of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as facilitators.
-
Facilitates in-house training sessions in areas of expertise.
-
Manages the organization-wide rollout of all training programs.
-
Selects appropriate learning methods based on training needs and audience.
-
Designs and manages the performance management system.
-
Trains leaders in the effective application of performance management practices.
-
Prepares and presents reports on talent development progress, gaps, and recommendations.
-
Stays updated on trends and best practices in learning and development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
At least three (3) years of work-related experience in a Managerial capacity in training and development or related field; preferably in Retail or Distributorship industry.

At least a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related field; preferably with a graduate degree related to training and development.

An advantage: With Certification in Learning and Development.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
-
With strong analytical skills.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
-
Must be computer literate. Advanced skills in Microsoft Powerpoint, Canva, Mentimeter, Kahoot, Google Meet and other relevant digital platforms.
