We're looking for a Billing Supervisor to lead a section of our Manila Billing team, managing day-to-day operations, team performance, and global billing support. You'll oversee recruitment, training, process improvement, and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with the firm's values and service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing workflow, task allocation, and mailbox monitoring.
  • Oversee process updates, documentation, and activity migrations.
  • Drive process improvement and develop best practices.
  • Prepare reports, present findings, and create business cases.
  • Act as first-level escalation for billing issues.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Foster team development, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years as a Team Leader/Supervisor, preferably in billing or finance operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA a plus.
  • Strong operational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Elite 3E and e-Billing Hub experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, EViews, or Stata an advantage.
  • Amenable to night shift and hybrid work set-up.
