As the Billing & Collection Supervisor – Mall Leasing, you'll lead the end‑to‑end billing and collection operations for Foodee Global Concepts' mall leasing accounts. You will oversee a team, ensure accurate revenue capture, maintain excellent tenant relationships, and optimize cash flow. Your role is pivotal in upholding financial accuracy and leasing integrity in a fast‑paced retail environment.

A. Billing & Collections Management

  • Supervise billing specialists to ensure accuracy and timeliness of lease invoicing, aligned with lease agreements and company policies.
  • Oversee the collections process, including follow-up on overdue payments, dispute resolution, and reducing receivables aging.
  • Monitor and analyze aging reports and collection trends; implement strategies to improve collection performance.
  • Generate regular billing and collection performance reports, including metrics and cash flow trends, for managerial review.

B. Team Leadership

  • Train, mentor, and supervise your team, setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Handle escalated billing or collection disputes professionally, ensuring tenants feel heard and company policies are upheld.

C. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with leasing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment in billing, lease terms, and revenue procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding new tenants by coordinating credit checks, setting billing terms, and confirming billing setups.
  • Work with legal or compliance teams on lease contract terms, billing policies, or obligations where necessary.

D. Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify opportunities to streamline billing and collection workflows; suggest automation or policy enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., tax, data privacy).
