Job Title: Operations Supervisor

This role oversees the daily operations of the billing team in Manila, ensuring the quality of work is consistently high.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent data analysis capabilities, and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage team members, providing coaching, mentoring, and training as needed.
  • Manage timekeeping systems and escalate basic HR concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain mailbox management, activity migration, and process documentation.
  • Review processes, plan capacity, and develop succession plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Promote continuous improvements and develop best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board examination preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Strong background in billing processes and project management skills.
