Primary Purpose of the Role
The position is responsible for managing product data, providing ERPLY product support, assisting with website and portal projects, responding to support tickets, and completing ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or Business Systems Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Product Data Management
- Maintain and update product data sheets (DCT) in Excel.
- Add, remove, and optimize product information and imagery for the product portal.
- Assist Franchise Owners with product data updates in ERPLY as requested.
ERPLY Product Support
- Act as the first point of contact for ERPLY product support queries via support tickets.
- Provide assistance and escalate to the Business Systems Manager or ERPLY support when needed.
Website & Portal Support
- Provide support to the development team on website and portal-related projects.
Support Ticket Management
- Monitor, action, and respond to support tickets submitted by Franchise Owners.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of the role.
- Participate in company activities and team initiatives.
- Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend work, and travel if required (including overnight stays).
- Exercise initiative and judgment where procedures are unclear, while seeking clarity when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the manager to establish priorities and monitor workflow.

- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent internet research skills to source and track information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
