Job description:

I. Primary Function:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company's Client/server Computing facilities such as the Windows 2000D003, Windows 98 workstation and application/in-house software including the company's data communication facilities. Renders technical- support to system users for systems related issues such as user configurations, service installation, printer configuration and overall administration. coordinate with system developers, web developers. System users, hardware system and software vendors and service providers.

II. Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Installations, configuration, testing, maintenance and documentation of the Client/Server computing facilities particularly MS windows 2000D003 server, MS windows 98 workstations, MS Exchange Server, MS ISA sewer, Intranet and Internet working only on assigned basis.

  2. Exercise software support areas such as software licensing, software configuration, and Troubleshooting

  3. including networking configuration.

  4. Perform server monitoring on all areas such as throughput, efficiency, reliability and others.

  5. Perform optimization as required.

  6. Responsible for the installation, configuration testing and maintenance of the structure cabling System.

  7. Perform May daily backup of all the application, file and in-house systems.

  8. May supervise technical related projects as required

  9. Perform cross-functional assignments in the development group of the same level.

  10. Performs of her assignments that may be given by the immediate superior related to EDP Objectives.

III. Job Specification and Qualification

Educational Attainment : College graduate related to Information Technology courses

Training/Work Experience : At least two (2) years exposure in the following:

  1. MS Windows 200An003 server, Active Directory

  2. MS Exchange Server 200AD003

  3. LAN/WAN

  4. CISCO Router
