SOLAIRE RESORT ENTERTAINMENT CITY  JOB DESCRIPTIONS :     • Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. • Set up station according to outlet guidelines. • Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef at any time. • Actively supports hygiene and Hacc programs by following Solaire IFSS standards. • Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. • Comply with Solaire's Integrated Food Safety System, Fire Safety and Occupational Safety requirements • Take necessary steps as needed to ensure safety protocols are followed and implemented while on duty. Function 1 • Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station. •Ensure that all ingredients prepared to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guideline. • Producing food according to established Solaire Integrated Food Safety System standards. Function 2 •Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift. •Report any equipment in need of repair to chef and engineering for service. •Ensure proper receiving, storage (including temperature setting) and rotation of food products so as to comply with health department regulations. •Adhere to control procedures for cost and quality.  Function 3 •Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk -in coolers and all storage areas. •Cleans and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organizational skills. Requirements QUALIFIFCATIONS : • Minimum of years of culinary experience with an internationally recognized luxury hotel chain or food & beverage establishment. • Certificate in culinary or equivalent • Able to communicate effectively in English • Willing to work in shifting schedules
