The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking meals while also monitoring, organizing, and maintaining kitchen inventory to ensure smooth and uninterrupted food preparation. This role ensures that ingredients and kitchen supplies are properly stored, tracked, and replenished. The Cook works closely with the Head Cook and Branch Supervisor to manage stock efficiently and maintain food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and portion standards.
  • Assist with food prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
  • Receive, inspect, and store kitchen ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages for replenishment.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of inventory (FIFO method).
  • Track stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven cooking experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in inventory management or stock handling is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and proper storage techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy stock items.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • 6 days a week with 1 day off

  • Red Corner SM Lanang
  • Verve by Red Corner Phoenix Lanang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
