Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a District Sales Manager based in Legazpi. The District Sales Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales agents to drive business growth in the district. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, maintaining performance standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, and generating reports on team metrics. The role allows partial work-from-home flexibility, while ensuring physical presence for specific on-site engagements.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people management skills along with experience in training and developing sales teams
  • Proficiency in sales strategy implementation, target achievement, and team performance management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Professional experience in business planning and reporting
  • Adept at hybrid work environments and capable of adapting to both in-office and remote collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
