SMB Travel - SM City Bicutan Branch looking for a Travel and Visa Consultant who will assist clients with their travel and visa requirements. The role involves providing accurate information, processing visa applications, and recommending suitable travel packages. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong communication and organizational skills.

Provide professional assistance to clients with travel and visa inquiries by offering accurate information and personalized guidance. Efficiently process and prepare visa applications along with all necessary supporting documents. Stay well-informed on the latest embassy and immigration requirements to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely transactions. Recommend and promote the most suitable travel packages based on each client's preferences, budget, and travel goals. Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication, timely updates, and consistent follow-ups. Maintain organized and accurate records, manage financial transactions responsibly, and ensure all payments are properly documented.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, client-centered approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to relocate to Parañaque, Taguig, or nearby areas (preferably near SM Bicutan)
  • Experience in travel or visa services is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,100.00 per month
