We're looking for a highly motivated Immigration Processing Officer to join our Makati-based team. While you'll work from the Philippines, you'll be on Canada office hours and play a key role in ensuring smooth, timely, and professional support for our immigration clients.

Your main goal? Help clients navigate each step of their immigration journey—from initial requirements to submission—with care, clarity, and commitment.

This is a full-time hybrid position (40 hours/week). Expect some flexibility with your days off—you may work Saturdays and take Sunday plus one other weekday off. Depending on urgent deadlines, you may occasionally be required to put in extra hours.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing client support via phone, email, Zoom, and other platforms
  • Learning immigration categories, requirements, and staying up-to-date with IRCC regulations
  • Coordinating with the Client Manager, clerks, and clients to complete documentation
  • Reviewing and finalizing application packages for endorsement by our Licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant
  • Drafting persuasive submission letters
  • Cross-checking client-provided documents and job descriptions
  • Acting as a positive support system—be the cheerleader clients need when they feel stuck
