Job Summary:

We are looking for an Oracle Technical Consultant to support ERP projects, troubleshoot complex applications, and develop custom programs. The role involves managing technical issues, working with APIs, and supporting full ERP implementation cycles across multiple regions and user groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide emergency technical support to internal and external customers, troubleshooting complex ERP applications
  • Develop and maintain custom APIs for error handling, data migration, and integration with legacy systems
  • Resolve Java- and SQL-related production issues and provide timely solutions
  • Participate in full ERP implementation life cycles across various countries and multi-language user groups
  • Maintain backup, recovery scripts, and job scheduling
  • Install and maintain Unix environments for staging and development systems
  • Create and maintain custom Oracle programs using standard APIs (e.g., disabling counters for serials on contracts)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of programming experience
  • At least 2 years of hands-on SQL experience
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL (preferred)
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher (advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Willing to attend a face to face interview in Makati
