Key responsibilities

  • Booking and reservations: Arranging transportation (flights, rental cars), lodging (hotels), and tours.
  • Itinerary planning: Creating detailed travel plans for clients or company employees.
  • Budget management: Ensuring travel arrangements stay within a set budget and managing travel expenses.
  • Documentation assistance: Helping travelers obtain and manage necessary documents, such as passports and visas.
  • Information and recommendations: Researching and advising clients on destinations, activities, and customs regulations.
  • Logistics coordination: Handling the day-to-day logistics for business trips and events.

Essential skills

  • Organizational and planning skills: The ability to organize complex itineraries and manage multiple tasks.
  • Communication and customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in bookings and documentation to avoid errors.
