DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including billing and collection follow-ups.
  • Assist in payroll processing and related government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • With experience handling financial reports such as Income Statement or Cash Flow Report.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Plus point if fluent in Mandarin
