Job Responsibilities:

  • Records and updates sales, accounts receivable, and collections in the system with complete supporting documents.
  • Coordinates with the Plant Head to ensure timely submission of documents to Head Office.
  • Ensures all accounting documents (ARD, DR, SI) are complete before posting to the General Ledger.
  • Prepares sales and A/R aging reports, intercompany billings, and deposit slips; reconciles online shop withdrawals with system records.
  • Arranges the pick-up and collection of client payments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Financial Management or any related course
  • At least one (1) year work experience in Accounting, experience with handling A/R is a plus
  • Knowledge in SAP and Quickbooks processing
  • Knowledge of basic principles, procedures, and practices of financial records keeping and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php26,000.00 per month
