Role Description

The
Operations Support Officer
works directly under the
Executive Chef
to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, warehouse, purchasing, and admin teams. This role is responsible for implementing directives, monitoring branch compliance, consolidating reports, and maintaining communication across departments to ensure operational efficiency and consistency in food quality and standards. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support data-driven decisions within a fast-paced food service environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Operational Support and Operations Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer Service experience with a focus on delivering excellent service
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus
