IT Operations Officer

Job Description:
- Manage and administer servers, printers and workstations
Provide Level 2 IT-related troubleshooting and support (Hardware and Application)
Perform daily IT operations
- Perform system opening and closing
- Perform daily back-up operations
Qualifications:
- With at least 3 to 4 years work experience in IT field;
- Preferably with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- With knowledge in network security protocols and concepts;
- Familiar with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software;
- Familiar with various Windows Operating Systems and Personal Computer hardware components;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications and Visual Basic Scripts;
- Familiar with Symantec Endpoint Security; and
Familiar with Robotic Process Automation Technology.
With good presentation & communication skills
- With background in Project Management
