Job Description:

  • Manage and administer servers, printers and workstations

  • Provide Level 2 IT-related troubleshooting and support (Hardware and Application)

  • Perform daily IT operations

  • Perform system opening and closing
  • Perform daily back-up operations

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 to 4 years work experience in IT field;
  • Preferably with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • With knowledge in network security protocols and concepts;
  • Familiar with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software;
  • Familiar with various Windows Operating Systems and Personal Computer hardware components;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications and Visual Basic Scripts;
  • Familiar with Symantec Endpoint Security; and

  • Familiar with Robotic Process Automation Technology.
