ob Summary:

The Material Estimator is responsible for accurately calculating and estimating the quantity and cost of materials required for advertising projects, displays, signage, or fabrication works. This role ensures projects are properly budgeted, materials are sourced efficiently, and costs are controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine material requirements.
  • Prepare accurate material estimates, cost breakdowns, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to ensure availability and timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor material usage and wastage to optimize costs.
  • Update and maintain material cost databases for accurate pricing.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding material specifications, availability, and cost.
  • Assist in project planning to ensure material needs align with timelines.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in material estimation, preferably in advertising, fabrication, or construction industries.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, supplies, and fabrication processes.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, spreadsheets, and estimation software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with advertising production processes, signage, or metal/wood fabrication.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
