Design Solutions Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a.) Client Engagement & Sales

-Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and referred clients.

-Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, style preferences, and budget.

-Present design concepts, material options, and packages aligned with CMV Interior Designs' standards.

-Prepare and deliver design proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.

-Handle sales negotiations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project feasibility.

b.) Design Support

-Collaborate with the design team in developing mood boards, space plans, and presentations.

-Ensure proposed design solutions are aesthetically pleasing and commercially viable.

-Translate client requirements into preliminary sketches or schematic layouts for discussion.

-Prepare presentation of initial layout study until approved.

-Create stylescape presentations for pre-sales.

-Source and recommend furniture options aligned with design concepts.

-Prepare quotations for artwork (CMV Art Studio).

c.) Project Coordination

-Coordinate with the design & technical team to ensure accurate documentation for proposals.

-Work closely with the project manager and procurement team for pricing and specifications.

-Provide regular updates to clients on design and sales progress before turnover to project execution.

d.) Sales & Business Development

-Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by CMV Interior Designs.

-Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow-ups to convert inquiries into contracts.

-Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat projects and referrals.

-Support marketing initiatives by attending client meetings, presentations, and showroom events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or BS in Architecture
  • Willing to do field work
  • Able to read and document technical drawings
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team, and respond proactively and when required
  • Exceptional attention to detail, design principles and standards
  • Creative problem-solving and a love for design is a must
  • High level time management skills, ability to meet deadlines with quality work
  • Willing to be assign in Taytay Rizal
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years work experience related to the job but fresh graduate are also encourage to apply
