  1. Estimator:

*Job Description:*

The Estimator plays a crucial role in assessing and estimating the costs associated with construction projects. They are responsible for analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of work.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to gather necessary information.

  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and conditions.

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses.

  • Utilize estimating software and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Analyze and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Present cost estimates to management and participate in bid preparation.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, material costs, and construction methodologies to enhance estimating accuracy.

**2. Office Engineer:**

*Job Description:*

The Office Engineer is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of construction projects. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to coordinate project activities and documentation.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.

  • Maintain accurate project records, logs, and reports.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Track project schedules and milestones.

  • Assist in the preparation of progress reports and presentations.

  • Support the resolution of technical and administrative issues that may arise during the project.

  • Communicate project updates and changes to relevant team members.

  • Collaborate with field staff to ensure that project plans and specifications are being followed.

  • Assist in the implementation of quality control processes.
