Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture
  2. Has experience in quantity surveying and/or as take off specialist using Plan swift. Bluebeam is a plus
  3. Has constrution background particularly on doing fit out and others such as tile setting
  4. With cost estimate background that can do pricing as well as price reaserch. QB famillarization is a plus
  5. Familiar in computer aided software such as AUTOCAD software is a plus.

Job Roles:

1. Create detailed and technical Bill of Materials (BOM) base on clients needs with respect to tile setting and other fit out related works.

2. Generates material take off and convert it into material schedule using Excel sheet. QB is a plus

3. Knowlegeable in construction fit out components and assembly with regards to tile setting and such a like

4. Can do cost estimate prior generated SOM and can do material cost research as per client requirements.

5. Knowledge in computer aided software such as AUTOCAD and PLanswift.
