We need a
strategic Finance Manager

who can build and run our financial operations across two jurisdictions during our most critical growth phase.

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

You'll be the financial backbone of our dual-entity operations, reporting directly to our Managing Director (18+ years UAE banking experience). This isn't a typical finance role—you'll have
real impact

in:

Managing multi-entity, multi-currency financial operations (Philippines & UAE)

Building financial systems and processes from the ground up

Providing real-time insights that drive strategic decisions

Overseeing day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and revenue management

Supporting our aggressive scaling targets with robust financial planning

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:

  • 10-12+ years finance experience
    with senior-level exposure (but open to mid-level compensation)
  • Banking background essential
  • commercial banking, corporate finance, or financial institutions
  • BPO/KPO industry experience
  • you understand service delivery economics and client profitability
  • Multi-entity/multi-currency
    operations experience
  • Expert Excel skills
  • financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • CPA license highly preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Operations

  • Day-to-day accounting for both Philippine and UAE entities
  • Month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes
  • AP/AR, payroll, vendor management

Strategic Planning

  • Budget development and variance analysis
  • 24-month financial modeling and rolling forecasts
  • Investment utilization tracking (₱50M deployment)

Revenue Management

  • Multi-currency revenue calculations (PHP, AED, USD)
  • Client profitability analysis
  • Billing, invoicing, and collections oversight

Reporting & Compliance

  • Monthly management reports for MD and investors
  • BIR, SEC, SSS compliance (Philippines)
  • UAE regulatory coordination

SUCCESS METRICS (First 90 Days)

Month 1:

Financial processes established, first month-end close completed

Month 2:

Client profitability tracking implemented, 24-month model built

Month 3:

Break-even milestone validated, quarterly investor report delivered
