What you willdDo

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Conduct regular sales calls for corporate accounts and MICE clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers

  • Promote hotel services, function spaces, and packages for corporate events and group bookings

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless MICE and guest experiences

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, especially in handling MICE accounts and corporate clients

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities

  • Professional appearance, attitude, and a customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and event coordination is a plus
