What you willdDo
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Conduct regular sales calls for corporate accounts and MICE clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers
Promote hotel services, function spaces, and packages for corporate events and group bookings
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless MICE and guest experiences
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly
What you need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in hotel sales, especially in handling MICE accounts and corporate clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities
Professional appearance, attitude, and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and event coordination is a plus
