Responsibilities

  • Supervise the HR team, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
