Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Employs qualified job candidates for open positions by sourcing, conducting interviews, and facilitating the recruiting process. Departmental managers are also consulted in order to determine the qualifications and skills needed for the roles.
  • Verifying employee eligibility and conducting or obtaining background investigations.
  • Implements employee recognition and new hire onboarding programs.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from candidates, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attends and takes part in meetings for terminating, disciplining, and investigating employees.
  • Promote HR initiatives to establish a productive and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the development and putting into effect human resource policy.
  • Conduct quarterly and yearly employee performance evaluations.
  • Maintaining and safe-keeping the 201 files of the employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: From Php20,000.00 per month
