Area Sales Representative – Cavite Area

Location: Cavite (Field-Based)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Representative (ASR) is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of INGCO partner stores (Gen Trade, Dealers, and Mini Concept Stores) within the Cavite area. The ASR ensures sales targets are achieved, partners are properly supported, and customer relationships are strengthened. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regional sales target achievement by training, guiding, and supporting Gen Trade partners, dealers, and mini concept stores.
  • Communicate sales expectations to area sales personnel and monitor their performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and quotas aligned with national sales objectives.
  • Provide regional sales insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and performance improvement.
  • Prepare and execute action plans related to sales operations, customer service, product movement, and productivity standards.
  • Resolve partner issues, conduct audits, monitor trends, and recommend system improvements when necessary.
  • Forecast territory needs, assist in preparing annual budgets, track variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Acquire new sales partners for INGCO GenTrade concept stores and expand market presence in Cavite.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collect client orders, monitor partner concerns, and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience as an ASR in construction, hardware, power tools, or hand tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and account-handling skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple store partners and field activities.
  • Willing to travel frequently within the Cavite area.
  • Can start ASAP is an advantage.
