Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, with a strong focus on e-commerce fulfillment, inventory accuracy, manpower supervision, and operational efficiency. This role ensures that warehouse activities are executed properly during regular and peak operations, including night shifts when required. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with the Operations Manager and Management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate warehouse operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations:

● Supervise daily e-commerce fulfillment operations across platforms (Shopee, Lazada,

TikTok Shop, website), from order preparation to dispatch (RTS, pending orders).

● Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders in accordance with

company standards.

● Monitor and manage returns processing and coordinate with relevant teams for

resolution.

● Ensure fulfillment areas are clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Inventory Management:

● Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying discrepancies, out-of-stock issues, and

variances.

● Support regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.

● Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of stocks within the warehouse.

● Coordinate with the Operations Manager or CFO and relevant teams regarding inventory concerns.

Manpower & Team Supervision:

● Supervise warehouse staff and on-call manpower during daily operations, peak seasons,

and night shifts as required.

● Assist in planning daily manpower requirements based on order volume and operational

needs.

● Conduct daily briefings on targets, priorities, KPIs, and manpower assignments.

● Ensure all warehouse staff follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Training & Process Compliance:

● Assist in training new and existing warehouse staff on fulfillment processes, inventory

handling, and system usage.

● Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, company policies, and operational standards.

● Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and

efficiency.

Coordination & Reporting:

● Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager on daily warehouse performance,

issues, and manpower status.

● Work with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, Customer Service, Logistics, Admin) to

resolve operational concerns.

● Prepare and submit daily or shift-based warehouse and fulfillment reports as required.

● Escalate operational issues, delays, or risks promptly to the Operations Manager.

Other Responsibilities:

● Support warehouse operations during peak periods, sales events, and special

campaigns.

● Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to support efficient warehouse

operations.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business

Administration, or any related course.

● At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics

supervision.

● Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations is an advantage.

● Knowledge of inventory systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or

similar).

● Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

● Able to work under pressure and during peak or night shift operations when required.

● Good communication skills (verbal and written).

● Willing to work onsite in Project 7, Quezon City.

● Can start ASAP or within a reasonable transition period.

Work Schedule

● Willing to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and extended hours during peak

seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
