Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization, management, and accountability of all warehouse tools, equipment, supplies, and consumables. This position ensures that inventory is tracked, and company assets are maintained efficiently, securely, and in accordance with company policies. The role also involves managing documentation, overseeing the return and disposal of assets, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Tag and organize tools and equipment to ensure proper sorting and timely movement of assets.
  • Keep warehouse inventory records updated, ensuring all tools, supplies, accessories, and consumables are properly accounted for.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual inventory counts and recommend items for disposal.

Receiving & Documentation:

  • Manage incoming deliveries, ensuring proper documentation completion and assigning identification numbers to all acquisitions.
  • Attach required tags or labels to new items before distribution to other departments.

Asset Management:

  • Ensure that borrowed items are properly inspected, documented, and returned in accordance with company procedures.
  • Handle the return of supplies, equipment, and other items from employees leaving the company.

Reporting & Records:

  • Create and maintain reports for any lost or damaged items, and for items returned to the warehouse.
  • Draft and manage Memorandum Receipts for Equipment (MRE) for all tools and equipment and ensure appropriate signatures are obtained.
  • Provide original MRE documents to HR for recordkeeping and clearance.

Warehouse Safety & Compliance:

  • Secure clearance for returned items and ensure all required documentation is processed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
  • Experience in warehouse procedures, inventory tracking, and asset management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
