About the role

Exciting opportunity for a CSR Agent* Flight Reservations (UAL)* at AUXILIA INC', a vibrant and growing customer service-focused company based in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling flight reservations and providing outstanding customer service to clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests related to flight reservations and bookings
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers about flight schedules, availability, and pricing
  3. Complete flight reservations, modifications, and cancellations in a professional and efficient manner
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns related to their travel plans
  5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
  6. Continually strive to enhance the customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement

  1. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to provide a high level of support to clients
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and reservation platforms
  4. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Passion for the travel industry and a willingness to learn and grow
  6. Openness to learning and developing skills as a newbie in the field (training provided)
