About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Airline Specialist for Ticketing Services (CSR) to join our dynamic team in our Cebu City, Cebu office. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our airline clients and their passengers, ensuring seamless ticketing and reservation management.

Start Date: November 14 and November 28

Work Setup: Onsite, Shifting Schedule (Mostly nightshift)

Location: Cebu IT Park

With Virtual and Onsite Application Options

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from airline customers and passengers, addressing queries and resolving issues related to ticketing, reservations, and other travel-related inquiries
  2. Process ticket sales, changes, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner
  3. Provide detailed information and guidance to customers on airline policies, procedures, and travel options
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  6. Adhere to all company and industry standards, policies, and regulations

What We're Looking For

  1. 6 months experience in a customer service
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  5. Highschool Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS or College Graduates/Undergraduates

  • Basic salary of 20,610 + 2,000 Non-Taxable Allowance

  • NBI Clearance and PSA Birth Certificate
  • Valid ID and Government Numbers (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN)
  • Medical Clearance
