About The Role
As a Contact Centre Representative, you'll deliver outstanding customer service and support across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. You'll assist customers with reservations, rental support, and general enquiries to ensure a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle new bookings, modifications, and customer queries with a customer-first approach
  • Support customers with vehicle information, upgrades, disruptions, and policy guidance
  • Process payments and accurately update reservation systems
  • Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary and aiming for first contact resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicles, locations, products, and promotions
  • Assist other business areas such as depots and head office when required
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation

  • Experience in vehicle rental, contact centers, or tourism
