About the role

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.' in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Travel & Cruise CSR, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our travel and cruise offerings.

This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in our modern office located in the heart of Cebu Exchange.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers enquiring about our travel and cruise packages
  • Providing detailed information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and booking procedures
  • Assisting customers with making reservations, modifications, and cancellations
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in our product offerings and industry trends
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 Months of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond to customer inquiries effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the travel and cruise industry
