This role involves managing training logistics, tracking participation, collaborating with HR and business partners, and ensuring smooth learning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, nominations, attendance, and assessments.
  • Support communication with trainers, participants, and business stakeholders to ensure timely execution of training programs.
  • Maintain and update training databases and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Monitor training compliance and assist with audit and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or trainers for scheduling and payments as needed.
  • Generate reports on key learning metrics such as participation rates, learning hours, and feedback scores.
  • Support process improvements and adoption of digital learning tools.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&OD teams to forecast learning needs and plan resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting Learning & Development or Learning Operations functions (BPO or corporate experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of learning management systems and digital learning tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across locations.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a BPO or global/multi-location environment.
  • Familiarity with reporting and learning analytics.
