Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end learning operations, ensuring seamless delivery of training programs across platforms and teams. This role requires strong expertise in learning systems, data reporting, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all learning operations: scheduling, nominations, logistics, reporting, feedback, and certification.
  • Oversee LMS administration (Percipio, iEngage, ACE, etc.) including user management, content updates, and data integrity.
  • Act as SME for online learning rollouts ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Track and report learning participation, utilization, and maintain governance dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit, ISO standards, and training policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops, Talent Development, and Business Units to deliver a seamless learning experience.
  • Create and maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and process documentation.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on learning operations best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in L&D or Learning Operations, preferably in the BPS/IT industry.
  • Proficient in LMS platforms (Skillsoft Percipio, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred).
  • Solid understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 9001).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process improvement and problem-solving mindset.
