Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 5–6 days a week, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Location: Manila

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Gym Coach to join our team This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fitness and committed to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personal and group training sessions.
  • Guide clients in achieving their fitness goals through proper exercise techniques and motivation.
  • Develop customized workout programs based on client needs.
  • Ensure safety, proper form, and discipline during workouts.
  • Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional environment in the gym.
  • Promote gym services and programs to encourage client participation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Willing to work 5–6 days a week on a flexible schedule.
  • Certification in personal training or fitness instruction is a plus but not required.
  • Must be physically fit and professional in appearance and attitude.
